In early 2000s, we were involved in the detailed development and tooling of a complex high-performance random packing geometry for an international process industry client.
Starting from a basic conceptual profile, the complete manufacturable geometry—including critical forming details—was engineered and successfully translated into production tooling, resulting in first successful part realization.
