Mr. Neil J. Almeida is a Consulting Tool Engineer with over 25 years of experience in tool development for mass transfer products, structured packing, random packing, tray valves, column internals, and mist elimination systems.

His expertise includes progressive die development, tooling design, CNC manufacturing, prototype development, tooling setup, and repeat production manufacturing.

Under his leadership, the company has successfully collaborated with global organizations across Germany, USA, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Bahrain, China, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.
